About the event
Since 1976, the Banff Centre Mountain Film and Book Festival has celebrated mountain culture through film, literature, and art at Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity in Banff, Alberta. Listen makes its Canadian premiere Saturday, November 7 in the festival's afternoon film program, which starts at 2:00 PM and screens in both the Jenny Belzberg Theatre and the Margaret Greenham Theatre.
The festival has a connection to the film: in 2020, Hank Lentfer's book Raven's Witness: The Alaska Life of Richard K. Nelson won the Grand Prize at the Banff Mountain Book Festival.
