Now in its 22nd year, the Camden International Film Festival is one of the world's most influential platforms for cinematic nonfiction, held each September across historic venues in Camden, Rockport, and Rockland, Maine. Listen pairs with acclaimed wildlife photographer Vincent Munier's Whispers in the Woods, which follows three generations of naturalists tracking lynx, deer, owls, and the elusive capercaillie through France's Vosges mountains. Both films screen at the historic Camden Opera House, a 489-seat National Register venue built in 1894.
